Privacy
SgSL Learnhub is built for learners, families, educators, care teams, and community organisations, so we keep what we collect to the minimum needed to run the platform — in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
- Staff accounts — work email, name, role, and organisation, for platform admins, organisation admins, and educators we invite. Sign-in uses a one-time link sent to that email; we never store passwords.
- Contact us submissions — organisation name, contact name, email, and message, used only to review the request and reply.
- Quiz play — anonymous, class-aggregate results (e.g. how many students got a question right) tied to a play link or class PIN, never to a student's name or identity. Students do not create accounts to play.
What we don't collect
We do not collect student names, birthdates, or other identifying information, and we do not use advertising or third-party tracking on any page.
How long we keep it
Aggregate quiz results are kept for as long as an organisation's account is active, and removed on request when an organisation offboards. Staff account and audit data follow the same rule. Contact us messages are used to respond to the request and are not kept beyond that.
